Workout using the Minband or Loop Band
During lockdown I have had a number of requests to borrow my dumbbells as all the stores have sold out. So I thought I’d make a workout video for you using a miniband or loop band. And if you don’t have one of those, if you have some kind of other resistance band or Thera-band, just tie that in a circle and that will do nicely for these short but sweaty workouts!
The first workout is for lower body and the second workout is for the upper body. I stop speaking and the workouts start at 46 seconds if you want to skip straight to the workout.
