What sort of exercise will the classes involve?

The classes will be varied (each session is different) but with the main focus is on resistance training. But classes will also include mobility work, boxing, circuits and HIIT training. Powerfit on Thursdays is the sweatiest class. Core and Floor Fusion on Saturdays are the most stabilising and controlled class, but we still also get a bit of a sweat on. Mondays bootcamp varies a lot in style and effort. These sessions will be recorded for people who cannot make the live times.

There are two years worth of pre-recorded weight training programmes with a monthly progressions for you to follow alone if you are particularly looking for gains.

There is a 10 minute workout section for when you are short of time but you know something is better than nothing. These are also great for people to do on their ‘rest’ days to boost their metabolism if weight loss is their goal.

Working hard is hugely important, but so is relaxing and allowing downtime for hormonal balance. Therefore also included is pre-recorded ‘Relax, Unwind and Release’ sessions which are a mixture of stretching, breathing, self-massage and meditation. Or the live class is Mondays at 8:30pm. Some specific meditations and mobilisation videos. Plus a few yoga videos from a guest yoga teachers.
